Marshall / CBR / Proctor Specimen Extruder
Marshall CBR Proctor Specimen Extruder for is a hydraulic extraction device with a rigid steel frame, precision guides, and quick-change adapters that safely and efficiently remove 4″ and 6″ Marshall, Proctor, and CBR specimens from molds without damage, ensuring aligned, stable, and repeatable operation.
Automatic Marshall Impact Compactor, ASTM is engineered to perform impact compaction of asphalt mixtures by the Marshall method fully automatically with high repeatability. A rigid steel chassis and heavy-duty column–guide structure dampen vibration during impact, enabling loss-free energy transfer along the mold axis and delivering consistent target density and specimen height in serial production. Through the programmable control unit, the number of blows and number of layers can be easily set; a digital counter and automatic cycle-end stop functions reduce operator dependency. A safety interlock that disables operation when the lid is open, an emergency stop button, and an impact-damping base plate establish a safety-oriented working environment. The system is compatible with both 4-inch (≈101.6 mm) and 6-inch (≈152.4 mm) Marshall molds; alignment pins and robust locking clamps prevent misalignment and leakage during impact, while the quick-change concept enables size transitions within minutes, making the Automatic Marshall Impact Compactor, ASTM a reliable solution for standardized asphalt specimen preparation.
