Stainless Steel Small Curing Tanks
Stainless Steel Curing Tanks are compact, robust units designed to provide stable curing conditions for concrete specimens, ensuring consistent temperature control, uniform water circulation, and long-term reliability in both laboratory and field environments.
Stainless Steel Curing Tanks are compact units engineered to provide stable standard curing conditions for concrete specimens, optimized for both laboratory and field use. The fully stainless-steel body features a smooth internal surface suitable for long-term operation in lime-saturated water, while the rigid frame maintains dimensional stability and minimizes wear and corrosion risk. An integrated digital thermostat and immersion heater work together to maintain the selected set temperature; the water-circulation pump ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the tank. This guarantees that all specimens remain under identical thermal conditions, delivering repeatable strength results. When required, an optional cooling module maintains set-point stability even under high ambient temperatures. A bottom drain valve enables clean and controlled water replacement, reducing maintenance time. The bottom grid is designed with openings that allow free water circulation and is rigid enough to resist deformation under load. The system architecture supports the temperature-stability and water-circulation requirements specified in TS EN 12390-2 and ASTM C31, C192, and C511.
