Vibration Machine
Vibration Machine (70.7 mm Cube) is a high-frequency laboratory compaction device for producing uniform mortar cubes, applying ~12,000 vibrations per minute with timer-controlled, repeatable operation.
Vibration Machine is designed for preparing and effectively compacting mortar cube specimens of 70.7 mm by vibration. The vibrating table is mounted on four spring supports driven by an eccentric shaft, subjecting the specimens to balanced and repeatable compaction at approximately 12,000 vibrations/min. This configuration enables homogeneous distribution of the mixture within the mould, removal of entrapped air, and production of uniform specimens for reliable mechanical strength results. An adjustable timer allows presetting of the test duration; at the end of the selected period, the system stops automatically, helping the operator prepare each specimen under identical conditions. A 120-second operating period is set as factory default.
