Standard Triaxial Test Set with Built-in Data Channel is a professional laboratory system designed to accurately determine the mechanical behavior of soils under axial loading, pore-pressure response, and strength characteristics under various drainage conditions.
Standard Triaxial Test Set fully supports UU (Unconsolidated Undrained), CU (Consolidated Undrained), and CD (Consolidated Drained) test modes. This enables precise determination of shear strength, deformation characteristics, shear parameters (c, φ), and volumetric behavior under different drainage and consolidation conditions. The Integrated data channels with modern data-acquisition technology allow real-time recording and analysis of all measurement parameters . UU testing represents short-term behavior under unconsolidated–undrained conditions. CU testing is performed after consolidation, with drainage closed, allowing determination of effective stress parameters with pore-pressure monitoring. CD testing is carried out under consolidated–drained conditions for long-term response under effective stresses. The triaxial cells feature high-strength transparent acrylic bodies with aluminum end caps. The cells accommodate various specimen diameters and utilize a special sealing system to maintain stable pressure during extended testing. The cell pressure, the back pressure, and drainage lines are monitored through the built-in data-acquisition system. The loading frame utilizes a dual-column rigid structure with a servo-motor-driven loading system for precise deformation control. The speed control range is 0.00001 mm/min to 50 mm/min, providing excellent flexibility for both fast UU tests and long-duration CD tests. LVDT displacement transducers provide micrometer-level resolution; The integrated data channels record load, displacement, pressure, and volume-change measurements simultaneously through load cells and pressure transducers. Unlike traditional manual systems, the YKMTEST Triaxial System integrates all measurement channels directly into the host unit. This built-in multi-data-channel architecture (8 channels) eliminates the need for external DAQ modules, reduces wiring complexity, and improves measurement reliability. Recorded data can be viewed in real time on the digital display, graphically monitored, and transferred to PC software. The pressure-control system operates via oil/water units with compressor support. Cell pressure can reach up to 1,700 kPa, while back pressure can reach 1,000 kPa. High-precision pressure transducers provide ±0.1 kPa resolution. The volume-change measurements are monitored using an electronic volume-change unit. The built-in data-acquisition system can interface with external data loggers for multi-cell configurations.
