Proctor Moulds and Rammers for ASTM and AASHTO

Proctor Moulds are manufactured from steel with a corrosion-resistant coating; their smooth internal surfaces prevent edge scoring during compaction and ensure reproducible density. Standard 4 in (101.6 mm) and 6 in (152.4 mm) inner-diameter options lock seamlessly with detachable extension collars and base plates; the stud-and-wing-nut assembly provides quick setup and secure tightening. The 4 in mould has a volume of 1/30 ft³ (~944 cm³), while the 6 in mould has a volume of 1/13.33 ft³ (~2124 cm³); this geometry provides volume and height tolerances fully compatible with ASTM/AASHTO compaction methodology.
