Proctor / CBR / Marshall Specimen Extruder

Proctor / CBR / Marshall Specimen Extruder enables fast and safe extraction of specimens remaining in molds after testing. Its rigid steel structure, high-capacity hydraulic jack, and interchangeable adapter set compatible with different specimen sizes provide durable and user-friendly operation. The unit operates with a 50 kN capacity mechanical hydraulic jack and is fully compatible with 4″ (100 mm) and 6″ (150 mm) Proctor and CBR molds, as well as Marshall mixture molds. A wide base plate and height-adjustable support platform allow operation with molds of different sizes. Optional adapter kits enable use with molds of varying heights. Proctor / CBR / Marshall Specimen Extruder  improves  operator efficiency through its compact design and ease of use. All metal parts are protected with a galvanized surface coating, minimizing corrosion risk during long-term use.
